Dan Tiehen

Dan Tiehen, co-Owner and Vice-President of TIEHEN MAINTENANCE, INC. has been in the construction industry for over twenty-five years. TIEHEN MAINTENANCE was formed in March 1995 to provide maintenance for the residential and commercial properties that are managed by THE TIEHEN GROUP, INC. He oversees a crew of seven to ten maintenance men on maintenance issues for office buildings, apartment communities and community associations. Dan has an extensive background as a construction manager in all types of remodels and renovations. Dan was instrumental as the construction manager for successfully completing, on time and under budget a 6 million dollar south Johnson County apartment community. Most recently his company has completed two multi-unit condominium conversions on the Country Club Plaza.
