Kathleen Hartman, Vice President and 2nd in charge of THE TIEHEN GROUP, INC. has been associated with Jim Tiehen for the past 21 years. She has both a Missouri and Kansas Real Estate License, and is presently working toward her candidacy for Certified Property Manager, (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Kathy graduated from and taught at Avila College in Kansas City. She was drawn into the real estate market during the revival of the Country Club Plaza, and was involved in both the coordination and supervision of high-rise and garden apartment renovation.
